These terms apply to all orders placed through the Mythical Realms website. By placing an order, you agree to the following.

Prices and Payment

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken securely through Stripe Checkout at the time of ordering.

Shipping

We currently accept orders for delivery to UK addresses only. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at sales@arkhamarmoury.co.uk. We’ll do our best to accommodate cancellations, but we cannot guarantee this once an order has been dispatched.

Returns and Refunds

Our returns policy is detailed on our Shipping & Returns page. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined there.

Product Use

Our products are tabletop gaming accessories intended for personal, recreational use. Please handle them responsibly.

Liability

We take care to ensure our products are accurately described and safely packaged. However, our liability is limited to the value of the order placed. We are not liable for any indirect loss arising from the use of our products.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
