We currently ship to UK addresses only.

Once your order is placed, please allow up to 48 hours for processing and dispatch. After that, your tiles will be on their way via standard shipping.

Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Here’s how our returns policy works:

Changed your mind?

No problem. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your order for a refund, provided the items are returned in their original, unused condition — that means tiles must remain in their frame and the product must be in a resaleable state. Return postage is at the customer’s cost.

Received something damaged or incorrect?

That’s on us. Contact us at sales@arkhamarmoury.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we’ll sort it out for you — including covering any return postage where required.

How to start a return

Email us at sales@arkhamarmoury.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We’ll confirm the return address and next steps within 1–2 business days.

Refunds are processed to your original payment method once the return has been received and inspected.
